The Pathos TT Anniversary Pure Class-A Integrated Amplifier honors the amplifier that put Pathos Acoustics on the map. Known affectionately as “Twin Towers” for its distinctive dual-heatsink silhouette, the original T.T. earned front-page reviews and numerous international awards upon its debut, and the Anniversary edition carries that legacy forward with decades of continuous refinement.

At the core of the TT Anniversary is Pathos’ patented InPol (Inseguitore Pompa Lineare, or “Linear Pump Follower”) circuit — a fully balanced, feedback-free Class-A topology using a single solid-state component in follower configuration to deliver both high current gain and voltage gain. A tube input stage amplifies the input signal voltage, while the InPol circuit supplies the current needed to drive the loudspeakers without any further amplification of the signal. The result is a signal path that stays remarkably close to the original waveform, preserving the tube stage’s full harmonic content and tonal purity all the way to the speaker terminals.

This InPol topology allows the TT Anniversary’s theoretical Class-A output to increase by 25% to 50% over conventional designs, while maintaining the low output impedance essential to strong damping factor and tight bass control. Highly selected components and pure silver internal signal wiring support the amplifier’s reference-level sound, described consistently by listeners in terms of musicality, transparency, tonal color, and a distinct absence of listening fatigue.

Volume control is available in two configurations: the amplifier’s original purely resistive 24-step manual control, or a remote-controlled version using an optical device that drives hermetically sealed reed relays with thorium contacts, in turn switching a network of precision 1% metal-film resistors in 1dB steps. Inputs include multiple RCA and a balanced XLR connection, with a subwoofer output for flexible system integration.

Like every Pathos product, the TT Anniversary is handmade in Italy, with nearly all manufacturing — metalwork, painting, PCB assembly, and the cutting and finishing of padouk wood for wood-finish versions — completed in or within 60km of the company’s Vicenza factory. It ships in an engraved wooden box befitting its status as a living legend of Italian high-end audio.
