All Special-Order Sales are Sale Final:

All special-order electronics or Items that are sold to the client where a discount from the manufacturers’ retail price is 20% or greater are sale final and not eligible for return or refund once the order has been placed. A deposit or full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled or modified once submitted.

 

Final Sale / No Cancellation

ALL SPECIAL ORDER SALES ARE FINAL or Items that are sold to the client where a discount from the manufacturers’ retail price is 20% or greater, Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, compatibility issues, or delays.

Full payment or a non-refundable deposit, is due at the time of order and is required at the time the order is placed. Any payment made is non-refundable under all circumstances.

All special-order items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.

Refusal of shipping or failing to pick up a special order does not qualify for a refund.

 

RETURN POLICY for items that qualify for return – Please check with your Sales Associate -

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price, an in-house credit or exchange for another product within 15 days from the delivery date. A 20% non-refundable re-stocking fee will be charged to the purchaser. Upon signing this credit card charge, this charge moves from an authorization to captured & paid, before the item is shipped. If the order is cancelled before the item is shipped, since the credit card charge has moved from authorization to captured & paid, you will be charged the 3% re-stocking fee. The 15 day in home audition period starts at the date of delivery - should client decide to return any product, the cost of shipping the unit to the client  will be deducted from the refund. Freight, Financial Institution, Credit Card, fees, will not be refunded, a 3% Fee. Unless you return the product to our store, the cost of shipping the merchandise back to Harwil Group, USA Tube Audio, is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Returns must be in the complete and Original packaging with all the accessories and complete documentation (such as owners manual, bill of sale etc.). Merchandise must show no signs of wear or use, i.e. scratches, mars, or any physical damage at all, thus the damage will constitute a non-refundable, non-returnable sale. Return authorization must first be obtained by either calling or writing customer service prior to returning the merchandise to Harwil Group, USA Tube Audio. The return authorization and the original dated bill of sale are required for refund or exchange. Any product sent to Harwil Group, USA Tube Audio without a return authorization will not be accepted.
