Vacuum Tubes Policy

Vacuum Tube Warranty, Limitation of Liability, and Equipment Damage Disclaimer

Vacuum tubes are inherently consumable electronic components and may fail without warning due to manufacturing defects, shipping damage, operating conditions, user installation, amplifier design, improper bias settings, age, or other factors beyond the control of USA Tube Audio.

The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that any vacuum tube purchased from USA Tube Audio is compatible with the intended equipment and is properly installed, biased, tested, and operated in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's specifications.

Except as expressly provided in any written warranty issued by USA Tube Audio, all vacuum tubes are sold "AS IS" and with a Limited Warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall USA Tube Audio its owners, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the purchase, installation, use, misuse, malfunction, or failure of any vacuum tube sold by USA Tube Audio. This limitation includes, but is not limited to, damage to amplifiers, transformers, speakers, electronic components, audio systems, personal property, loss of use, loss of profits, loss of business, service costs, repair expenses, or replacement costs.

The purchaser acknowledges that vacuum tube failure is a known and unavoidable risk associated with the use of vacuum tube equipment and assumes all responsibility for such risks. The purchaser further agrees that the sole and exclusive remedy for any defective tube shall be limited to repair, replacement, store credit, or refund of the purchase price of the tube, at the sole discretion of USA Tube Audio for a period of 90 days per the Tube Manufacturer. All vacuum tube sales are Final. 

By purchasing, installing, or using vacuum tubes supplied by USA Tube Audio - the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this disclaimer and limitation of liability.
